    Chef Jason Huggins’ unique way of preparing good food meant that his own restaurant just had to be called Flair. Everything about the place has it: the high-ceilinged dining room with the huge plate glass windows that make you feel you’re eating in the air (or actually sit in it, on the deck overlooking the Avenue); the crockery hand-picked to add visual delight to each plate; and, of course, the food, where the greatest flair of all rises.
